APPLICATION DEADLINE: 31 OCTOBER 2024

IMPORTANT NOTE

You will be asked to pay a once-off registration fee of R2,400.00 should you be successfully selected for the course, which begins on 13th January 2025. A deposit of R1,200.00 should be paid by the 31st of December 2024, and will reserve your spot. The other R1,200.00 should be paid on the 13th of January 2025. Without the deposit payment, your acceptance is not guaranteed.

Monthly school fees are/ R1,200.00, due on the 7th of each month, which you or your parents/legal guardians will be accountable for. Please ensure you have the full support of your parents/legal guardians.

Class commencement: 13th January 2025

Where: Farm Cabriere, Daniel Hugo Street, Franschhoek

Class Times: 8 am until 5 pm – Monday to Friday from January until 30th September 2025; thereafter, you are required to complete a 4 months work placement. Daily attendance is compulsory.

Subjects: Food & Beverage Service, Fundamentals of Wine, Receptionist Training, Housekeeping, Introduction to Cooking, Life & Communication Skills, Coffee / Barista Training, Franschhoek Concierge and Lobster Ink Online Learning.
